Concern & excited

Well ordering from overseas with risk of not getting what you want. Compound that with large dollars, will it come, arrive safe, what IF there are issues! All made this a tough decision. We proceeded & the arrival finally came (close to target date) packing was well done!! After opening the box not everything was there. Reached out to Customer Service the 1st time. To learn 2 package hadn’t arrived. It came the next day. Ok we had a missing chain, and one broken bevel glass which both a big deal. Again, reaching CS for help. Honestly they didn’t do anything except tell me that they would fix the problems! THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT INCLUDING DHL EXPRESS THOSE REPLACEMENTS NO QUESTIONS ASKED! It took a few extra days due to import & distance but great CS and even with a few issues. We saved a lot of money for a little extra effort & time.
Yes I would/will buy from them again for sure!
