Please review the information below regarding order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods.
To track your order, please contact our customer service team at support@thebelacan.com. We’ll be happy to provide you with a tracking number and any shipping updates.
1: Order Processing Time
Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 7–12 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.
Note: Made-to-order or customized lighting fixtures may require additional production time. We will contact you with an updated timeline if applicable.
2:Tracking Information:
Once an order has been shipped,Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours, but may require up to 72 hours to reflect updates, particularly during high-volume periods.
If tracking information remains unavailable, please contact Scuethyee Customer Support. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
Note:In the event of a shipping delay, please contact us at support@thebelacan.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier and provide updates as soon as possible. TheBelacan is not responsible for carrier-related delays but will assist in resolving such issues promptly.
3. Shipping Timeframes
The total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery times by shipping method are:

Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx) 7–10 business days
Air Freight (FedEx / UPS Final Mile) 7–15 business days
Ocean Freight + Final Mile Trucking 4–5 weeks
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
4. Shipping Methods & Charges
Air Freight
- Delivered by FedEx or UPS after customs clearance
- Tracking becomes active after customs handoff
- We cover all shipping costs and import duties
Express Shipping
- Fastest method with full tracking
- Customers are responsible for all express shipping fees and any import taxes, VAT, or duties
Ocean Freight + Final Mile Delivery
- Ideal for large, heavy, fragile or furniture items (For oversized packages exceeding 39 inches our standard shipping method is ocean shipment)
- Tracking may not update during sea transit; resumes after customs clearance
- We cover all shipping costs and import duties
5. Taxes & Import Duties
- Air Freight and Ocean Freight: All applicable shipping and duty fees are covered by us.
- Express Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Note:If you require white glove service, please contact us in advance. Additional fees will apply. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
6. Breakage and Damaged Parts
Although we take every precaution to ensure items are securely packaged, damage during transit may occur.
If any product or component arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately.
TheBelacan will provide free replacement parts in the case of verified breakage occurring during shipment.
